Masterminds are a peer-to peer-learning environment and a proven business tool in which individuals with similar interests and experiences can learn from one another. They are an “inner circle” of individuals who **** similar pressures, challenges, and concerns, and learn from the success and failures of others.
Family Business Mastermind™ meetings are designed to provide opportunity for people in family businesses to learn best practices of successful family enterprises through a shared experience. They are led by educators and professionals who are from and have personal family businesses experience.
Our topic for discussion at the June 2019 meeting will be: Siblings - Relationships, Ownership, & Tools. While no family businesses are alike, the challenges encountered often have been experienced by others. In this meeting of the Family Business Mastermind™ participants will hear best management practices of multi-generational family enterprises.
Mastermind meetings are open to members of active family businesses in the New York metropolitan area - whether they work in the businss or not. To facilitate the open discussion upon which the mastermind depends, seating is limited.
