Learn to make French macarons to rival Ladurée.
In this fun and hands-on class, you’ll learn tips and techniques for making delectable macarons, easy enough to be done in your home kitchen. Together we'll demystify the making of these highly sought-after meringue-based sandwich cookies. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the meringue mixing (macaronage), piping, baking, assembling and of course, the eating! Plus we’ll explore a few yummy flavor and filling variations. Macarons are delicate confections made with almond flour; perfect for those who prefer gluten-free or dairy-free treats! Please arrive 15 minutes early to secure your seat, especially if you’re part of a large group. Food and drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside food and drink are not allowed. 21+ only.

About Chef Gina
Gina Lee has spent 15 years whipping up delicious sweets, from the pastry kitchens of Food Network chef Bobby Flay’s restaurants (Mesa Grill, Bar Americain, and Gato) to gracing the pages of Martha Stewart’s Living and Weddings magazines with her recipes and photogenic desserts. Before graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education, Gina also decorated many of the beautifully elaborate sugar cookies at Eleni’s in Chelsea Market.
